- How to Purchase All items can be purchased from the website using our secure shopping cart. We offer several payment methods. In addition to accepting Visa, MC, Discover we have a conveinent online check.
The shopping cart can be used without entering payment information. When you proceed to checkout choose the option "Mail or Fax". A copy of the order will be sent to your email address which you may print out and either mail or fax to: (See) Contacting us We will also be glad to take your order over the phone.- Shopping Cart All merchindise can be purchased from the website using our secure shopping cart. In addition to our webspace expense we pay for the use of a secure server that encrypts all payment information.
When we receive your order in our email your payment information is incomplete. We have to log into a seperate server with a password to retreive all the payment information.- Backorders Out of stock items are not placed on backorder unless contact is made and the customer request that the item(s) be sent at a later time

At this time all orders within the United States are being shipped "Pririty Mail" via the US Postal Service.- $0.00 to $100.00 = $4.00
- $100.00 to $200.00 = $4.00 + 5% to the amount over $100.00. If you placed an order for $198.00 your shipping cost would be - $8.90
- $200.00 and up there are no shiping charges attached.
Orders Outside the United States are shipped 4 - 7 day Air Mail. To find out the exact cost for orders outside the US place your order and in the text box marked "Special Instructions" enter that you wish to know the exact amount before the order is processed. We will then contact you via E-mail with the amount. A Tracking number is assigned to each "Priority" package and the status of your order can be checked online at: http://www.usps.gov/cttgate/ you may contact us via e-mail for your delivery confirmation #.- Delivery We do our very best to ship all orders within 3 working days. If the item is out of stock or has to be ordered we will notify you so that you may decide if you wish to cancel your order.
We found as did a lot of other online merchants that holiday shopping can cause delays. If it is important that your gift be delivered by a certain date please allow two weeks process and shipping time.- Returns We accept returns only if the merchandise is "New in the box" and that it was purchased from Valuu Mall. We must have your original order number.
If your order was shipped incorrectly we will make certain that you receive the correct merchandise and that you are given a refund for the amount it cost to send the item(s) back. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost to correct a problem that is clearly our fault.- Warranty and Repairs We are not authorized to perform warranty work. The item must be sent to the manufacturer. If you receive defective merchandise and it is clearly our fault we will gladly replace the item(s) or issue a refund.
