- I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and release ValuuMall from any claims or damages resulting from the use of Internet services provided by
ValuuMall.
- I understand that no warranty is made by ValuuMall regarding any information, service or products provided through, in connection with, or located on computer systems of the access service or any other services provided by
ValuuMall, and that ValuuMall hereby disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: a) any warranty as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information services or products; as well as b) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for any other purpose.
- Any liability of ValuuMall, including without limitation of liability for damages caused or allegedly caused by any failure of performance, error of omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation/transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, alteration to, or use of records, whether for breach of contract,
tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid or on behalf of the subscriber to
ValuuMall for the most current month.
